*Set-up/Tear down decor must be completed during allotted rental time*
Full Day Rental-Friday/Sunday (10a-10p) $900 or $100 hr/min 2 hrs *if available*
Mon–Thur (8am-10pm) $75/hr with minimum of 2 hrs
*Holiday Rentals are priced as a Saturday rate*
$100 Security deposit required for booking.
7% sales tax will be applied. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to scheduled event**
*Cancellations/Refunds- NO REFUND issued for cancelled events within 60 days of the event.
50% of payments (minus $100 security deposit) will be refunded if cancelled more than 60 days prior to event.
Small business peddler space fee-Outside
$60 for 2 hours (Food Trucks)

Refunds & deposits will be issued within 72 hrs of cancellation
